    Worked Great, No Fillers, Really Expensive! I saw this particular soil blend mentioned on a blog about succulent care and best ways to grow them. I’d been having some trouble with new succulents I’d had shipped to the *very cold* Northeastern US and kept losing them to drafts and lack of sunlight (despite using a grow light and keeping them away from drafty windows). I’ve had them in this mix since June 2017 and the roots are growing well and the plants are growing strong and happy.     Good soil, but needs to be mixed to work best. I have mixed feelings about this soil. When I first replanted my succulents in it, they seemed to be looking so much better! But a few months later, they’re shriveling up no matter how much I water them and they’re growing air roots. They’re also moving around a lot in this soil and get uprooted easily when I water them. They definitely aren’t in danger from root rot which is good, but I think they’re doing better after I’ve mixed it with some peat moss. A good soil, but it needs to be mixed…
