Works well, but can blow over easily / tough to sit on wire shelving Works well, with the exception that they blow over a bit easily from wind, so if not kept in trays you must keep a watch or prop them up or into a secure place.Also, they are a bit difficult to balance on wire shelves, so I put them in the lids of my kitty litter containers. Any flat surface would do, but the lid act as a “tray” and hold excess water, so the soil can soak it up slowly and it reduces the number of or frequency of waterings needed. In a pinch, I have also…

Great bang for the buck These cell packs are “pliable” so that I can wiggle the seedlings out without damaging the roots. Unless you’re a bull in a china shop (my husband), you won’t have any problem with these. If you’re heavy-handed, you’ll use these for one season. I will get many years out of these. After I moved my seedlings out to another pop, I simply washed these in my kitchen sink with a bleach and water solution and let them air dry. They’re stacked and will be used again when I start my Fall…

Great value The trays are small, however, they fit my needs perfectly. Check the dimensions to be sure for yourself. I mainly use the cells for seeds that have just germinated, so they do quite well. I also have a heat mat underneath to provide warmth. The plastic is very thin and obviously feels cheap to make (they still have melted plastic stringing from where they melt out the drainage holes). Doesn’t matter to me though, at around 5.2 cents per cell, that’s an awesome deal compared to others i’ve seen…
