Arrived dead and not in the pot that came with it My husband said, among other unprintable things, “incompetently packed.” The box had a “This end up” notation on it but not in a color that contrasted effectively with the brown cardboard. It was left on the porch on its side. When opened — and it was difficult to cut through the heavy cardboard; I gave up and asked for help with it — lots of loose soil came pouring out and scattered widely. The healthiest plant I have ever received from Amazon… I was taken aback by the quality of this plant. Costa Farms offered several varieties and it was hard to choose just one. My plant is healthy, a good size, and there were only a couple of small leaves that fell off. Costa Farms, at least for me, is the place to go for top quality plants. The only challenge I had was the packaging. Please don’t change it because my plant was TOTALLY protected from those mishaps while being shipped.
