The Jaboticaba Bonsai is a stunning Southern Brazilian beauty guaranteed to captivate audiences from Carnival to your living room. Jaboticaba Bonsai are upright, graceful trees that have glossy, dark-green foliage that comes in brushed with pink in the Spring. The bark is cinnamon colored and has a habit of slowly peeling off in curls, which adds to its already stunning visual impact. Mature Jaboticaba will flower and produce fruit all over its trunk and branches. The flowers are tiny and white and the fruit, which are round, dark and resemble small grapes, can be eaten fresh or made into jams or wine (they’re called Brazilian Grapes in case anyone asks).
Each live plant is shipped with the Phytosanitary Certificate as required by the USDA.

Gorgeous..strong and peaceful bonsai.. I received my order a couple of days ago and was blown away at the strength and peacefulness of this bonsai. I am new at bonsais..need a challenge for my sanity. I have recently lost my14 year old son and I am totally lost without him..I am a young mother..homeschooler..my son had special needs and needed a hundred percent care day and night and now i am trying to live again. I must thank Brussels bonsai..it is because of them that i am starting to see the sun shine again..caring for a living…
Brussel’s Jaboticaba Bonsai I’m very pleased with this purchase.. the plant arrived quickly.. extremely well packaged and very healthy.. Were I to make one suggestion/request from Brussel’s Bonsai..it would be to include in their packaging.. written instructions for the care of each specific type of plant they sell… Through research on the web.. I’ve learned that their are many differing care procedures for differing species of Bonsai plants .. This particuar plant is fairly rare.. and there’s not a great deal of info…
