Originating in the dry regions of South Africa, the Dwarf Jade, or ‘Elephant Bush’, is a succulent plant, which explains its ability to store water for a long time. It is a very undemanding plant, well suited for individuals who travel often or who are prone to forget to water their plants. Thick, round, dark green leaves and delicate pink flowers sit atop fleshy stems and branches. These succulent features hold water for long periods of time. Though it grows to heights of 10 feet tall in its native habitat, it is an ideal bonsai for a beginner; this beautiful plant is easy to care for and will be a thing of beauty for years to come.

Healthy and Beautiful I read a lot of the reviews so I felt I knew what to expect. I ordered this on Sunday and I got it Tuesday! I did order Prime, but with prep times and the weekend was given a confirmed arrival date of Thursday, which was fine- but I got it before I expected it. I love my Jades ð³ ! I have 5 now! These are the coolest trees! You can pull a leaf or branch of lay it on the dirt and it will root and grow into a tree! These trees are properly packaged and potted in great little pots! I want MORE! Lol these trees ð³ bring me much joy!I have a new one since then. These are fuller grown beings that I’ve had them for a while. I’ve also noticed they have the trees at about 1/2 price $15 right now and I believe that’s because they are smaller then the full cost at about $29 but that’s okay…
Not as pictured, but nice I was a little disappointed when I received my tree, as it is actually two small trees (see my 2 pics above) instead of the single tree pictured. My pics are 5 days after delivery and before any trimming…very little leaf loss and new growth already evident. It is a very healthy tree that I think I will be able to shape into a nice bonsai over the next few years.
