    Put a wick in it. I very much enjoy this little tree. It came in good condition, and is a hearty and pretty little bonsai.2 tips however, First, it is not meant to live indoors, unless it gets a LOT of light, but it is very happy outside in most climates. Second, I got a candle wick and put it in the pond and along the surface of the dirt. Then I put some local moss (cut from under a tree) over all of the dirt.
