Excellent quality Having grown bonsai and involved with the bonsai community for more than 50 yrs I have some differences with some things that were stated.e.g. Bonsai literally means “Tree in a tray” Bonsai are generally suppose to be grown in “shallow pots”, not just pots. Junipers can have “all” their outer bark (coarse rough bark) removed, which is the preference of Japanese to show the red underlying bark. Some of the trees pictured would be considered pre bonsai by Japanese…
