Beautiful tree Tree arrived quickly. It was wrapped in cellophane and peanuts. The tree itself looked green and healthy but I unwrapped cellophane to find pests. I emailed seller who promptly called me long distance. He profusely apologized and sent me another tree and to keep the other infested tree. He told me how to treat it for pests and to enjoy both trees. I give a five because the seller responded quickly and not only replaced infested tree but sent me another tree no charge. Tree specimen was good but….. Packaging was great. Tree and pot came safely and NEATLY – no dirt to clean up. The tree looked healthy and the pot was nice. It wasn’t kitschy. We have had the tree for a few weeks and now I need to go buy snippers as there is new growth. My only issue is I wish it came with a small packet of directions or suggestions. They company provides a telephone number and encourages you to call, but (and I know this sounds like a whiny complaint) I hate using the telephone and am sure I’m not the…
